Attorney Emeterio Roa III’s practice covers a wide spectrum in the field of immigration and nationality law–from the preparation and filing of applications and petitions before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services at the local and regional offices, as well as other agencies such as the United States Department of Labor and the State Department (involving consulates abroad) – to representing parties in proceedings before Immigration Court and administrative appellate bodies such as the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals. Attorney Roa has appeared before federal courts, including Oral Arguments before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the filing of an amicus curiae brief and a petition for certiorari in the United States Supreme Court.
